Gözaltı: Zine
Gözaltı is a small publication from Istanbul; created, produced and distributed by 5 amateur photographers for their enjoyment and that of others. Each issue tackles a theme and at the end of 6 months a magazine gets produced and distributed for free.
It has enjoyed great popularity and has reached far away places in Europe, Asia and the Americas. It was also present at Photokina in Cologne as part of the photo magazines exhibition curated by Page Impressions, at Museum of Applied Arts Cologne and has been spotted at the Perpignan photo festival (Visa pour l'image).
